Honors band

I’ve been asking Mrs.Tucker to go to Honors band for about three months and she finally did it!!Think I’m happy?Heck Yeah i am it’s freaking sweet!!That band is huge………I’m talking 15-20 huge that’s pretty big for a middle school band!Well at least i think it is lol! Yeah i was excited but know its whatever.The disadvantage of Honors band is that it was the main reason for my schedule change and that screwed up my whole schedule!!Last year I’m symphonic band(theirs three bands,beginning symphonic and honors)symphonic band was 2nd period and i had reading for 4th(when we have lunch)and i had most of my friends there!But out of the 4 percussionist(Tyler,Gurgen,Angle and i)two people moved up it was me and gurgen.The advantage of it is i don’t have to take the end of the year test to get into honors so that’s pretty sweet!Like i said before I’m leaving all of it in Gods hands!!

My stupid schedule

This was the first day back from winter break,which was great btw…………………………..but that’s not the point!The point is that the counselor put me in zero classes with any of my friends!!That’s not even half of the reasons why i’m mad either!!!!One i have classes with people who try to pick fights with me!!Two the classes have no entertainment in them whatsoever so i have to try to make the people laugh!!Three is The students(in my new class)are rude,(to me and the teacher)disrespectful,and just plain mean the teachers are probably the ones I’m cool with!!!

Luckily i went to the counselor’s office and tried to get it to be more comfortable and stuff like that!!  Well i guess i’m just going to leave it up to GOD and let him decide weather he wants me to stay in those classes for a reason or if he wants to switch it!!I HOPE THEY SWITCH IT well going to go nini so cya

Romans 6

1What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2By no means!  11In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. 13Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. 14For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace.

Slaves to Righteousness

 15What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! 16Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were entrusted. 18You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

 19I put this in human terms because you are weak in your natural selves. Just as you used to offer the parts of your body in slavery to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer them in slavery to righteousness leading to holiness. 20When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. 21What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! 22But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. 23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in^[b] Christ Jesus our Lord

The first part,Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ, is saying that we should surrender ourselves to Christ not sinful nature!

The second part is saying we shouldn’t sin just so we can ask for forgiveness! Romans3:23 says:For all have sinned,and come short of the glory of God.So everyone is going to sin,but don’t make your sin a habit!

It’s weird because i went through three stages of music!First rap,then reggae now rock!And i feel like God has put Christian Rock in my life for a reason!When i tell my friends that i listen to christian music they look at me like I’m not wearing pants or something!!lol! Yeah since I’m more into heavy metal ill listen to kutless or any other hard rock band,then ill go to my friends and tell them to listen to so an so and they’ll be like “wow that’s great!”And for the people who like rap i tell them to listen to lecrea(if you have not yet heard of him check him out his songs are real good!)Well that’s all for today!

Well I’m supposed to be cleaning but I’m writing in this blog and idk what to write about!!! Hmmmm…………………………skating!So i learned a new trick a primo having trouble landing it!The half-cab is pretty easy the flamingo and Casper is pretty easy to!I recently got a new board after my Plan B,I got it for my birthday.It’s a speed demon with thunder trucks,ATM wheels,speed demon bearings and element hardware yeah if your looking for good fast bearings get Swiss,Swiss bones,speed demon,or lucky(the green ones i’m not sure what they’re called)I’ve been skating for about three months ago! i Chose skating because its unique and nobody does it in my neighborhood! So I’m really the one going to the park across from our hose all the time!Usually i’m The only one there!

This week……ugh

This week was the crappiest week for all of us specially me I feel like i have gotten further and further away from God. It feels like people in the world are tearing me down specially Dakota Neftali and the rest of the skaters! I know I’m supposed to stop hanging around with people who get you away from god but these guys are my fellow skaters and every morning I’ll go to the church next to our school and skate.The rest of the skaters are really bad specially Neftali,he’s hilarious,but he’s a really bad kid(i.e.he cusses at cops teachers,gets tickets goes to court)And i most definitely don’t want to turn out like that!

After to day im going to make a Promise to God and myself that no more skating at the park if certian people are there!

So please Pray for me,my struggles and the skaters so that they find Jesus and become good Godly skaters
